Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Hockman Interior Design website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Hockman Interior Design LLC provides interior design consulting, space planning, furniture selection, and related services. Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in individual client agreements.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about their project
• Make timely decisions and provide feedback as requested
• Pay fees as outlined in the service agreement
• Provide access to the project site as needed
• Communicate any changes or concerns promptly

Payment Terms

Payment terms, including deposits, milestone payments, and final payments, will be specified in individual client agreements. Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.

Intellectual Property

All design concepts, drawings, specifications, and other materials created by Hockman Interior Design remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the designs for their intended purpose.

Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Hockman Interior Design reserves the right to photograph completed projects and use images for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Hockman Interior Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms will be outlined in individual client agreements. Generally, deposits are non-refundable and cover time and resources already invested in the project.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
